With a background in nursing and extensive experience as a medical practice manager, she combines frontline clinical knowledge with strong operational and leadership expertise across multiple specialties.
Throughout her career, Erika has remained deeply committed to patient welfare, ensuring that quality care, efficiency, and compassion remain central to every organization she supports. Her ability to integrate clinical insight with strategic management allows her to strengthen systems while keeping patient-centered care at the forefront.
Her professional experience also includes estate and property management, where she developed a deeper understanding of how living environments directly impact health and well-being. This expanded perspective enhances her holistic approach to healthcare operations and community support.
