The purpose of the law is two-fold: to compensate those who have been harmed by the negligence of others, and to deter the bad conduct in the first place. Our mold cases do both.
We believe that the justice system is entrusted with enforcing the safety rules in our country. The justice system only works when brave clients are willing to take on the institutions that hurt them, and when brave lawyers are willing to litigate the cases.
In our view, mold cases do not need to be complicated to succeed. In 2026, juries now know that mold makes people sick. Can we show that there was mold with a certified inspection? And can a doctor conduct a differential diagnosis to determine whether the mold made their patient sick? Most importantly, can we show that there was a bad actor who neglected the safety rules and threatened harm to all of us? If those things are true, then a case is often worth pursuing.
